Architectural restoration
- Conservation and rehabilitation of the original facades following the guidelines of the National Directorate of Cultural Heritage.
- Use of traditional materials such as stone, brick and treated wood to respect the authenticity of the building.
- Incorporation of structural reinforcement techniques using modern systems such as carbon fiber and epoxy anchors that do not alter the original aesthetics.
Baluarte Mansion
The "Baluarte Mansion" project is located in the historic Casco Antiguo of Panama City, an area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which combines historical and architectural value with a vibrant urban environment. This development seeks to preserve the heritage legacy of the region, integrating restoration techniques and contemporary elements to revitalize its use and functionality.
The Baluarte Mansion represents a balance between cultural preservation and technological innovation, establishing itself as an example of how real estate developments can be respectful of heritage and offer modern solutions that improve the quality of life in a historic setting.

Technical characteristics of the project:
- Conservation of historical elements: The calicanto walls were maintained and highlighted, a traditional architectural detail that brings a great historical and aesthetic load to the space.
- General painting: The walls were fully painted, ensuring that the chosen colors blended harmoniously with the surroundings and history of the place.
- Placement of gypsum on the ceiling: Gypsum was installed on the ceilings, providing a modern finish that complements the classic environment, creating a refined and functional atmosphere.
- Painting of doors and windows: They were restored and painted the doors and windows, highlighting their classic style and ensuring their preservation, as well as giving them a renewed appearance.
- Decorative details: Decorative details were implemented in various areas, adding personality and sophistication without losing the traditional and authentic touch of Casa Marichu.
